First line-up drop!

Hey there, we're back! After a creative break, we're releasing the first lineup for the coming year: Joining us are Jassin, whose songs address social issues like identity, racism, and patriarchy; the German-language hyperpop queen Mariybu with her feminist songs; punk legends Turbostaat, returning to Cologne after two years with their new album "Zorn"; and Carli, one of the most exciting Gen Z newcomers right now. Things are going to get wild in the Experience program: With "Haben wir noch Pepps" (Do We Still Have Any More Energy?), we're bringing a German internet phenomenon to the stage for the first time – and we're super excited to see what happens.

Special-Parties: Opening Semester & Forever Fresh(er)

Since the next festival is still a long way off, we're offering a few special events beforehand: On October 22nd, we're hosting our first-ever Opening Semester Party at the CBE. The music will be all about pop, hip-hop, club classics, and 2000s hits, plus community activities, a secret live act, and much more. And just one week later, we're bringing you the next wild party – with Forever Fresh(er), we're expanding our beloved over-70s DJ project, Forever Fresh, on October 30th. For Forever Fresh(er), 8 of our over-70s all-female DJs will be joined by 8 brand-new under-70s FLINTA* DJs on the turntables. We brought the teams together weeks ago to create a magically wild set. HEDO Special Night with Nils Keppel & miaw

Have you heard of HEDO? It's our brand-new collaboration with Schauspiel Köln, taking place every other Thursday from 10 pm. We bring concerts, clubbing, and pop culture together to create an exciting club night somewhere between performance art, punk, and live shows. Next time, we've invited NILS KEPPEL and miaw, and we're already excited to see what comes of these two distinct sounds, somewhere between dark, melancholic Neue Deutsche Welle (NDW) songs and high-energy electro-pop tracks.
